Merino Sheep Mineral Mix is an oral mineral supplement designed to provide supplementary levels of trace elements during critical periods.
Merino Sheep Mineral Mix contains lodine, Cobalt, Selenium and Copper in a ready to use solution.
INDICATIONS
Sheep have high physiological demands for certain vitamins & minerals during critical periods of their reproductive cycle, pre-tup and late pregnancy, which may not be met by their normal feed intake.
Supplemental iodine in particular are key trace elements for successful reproduction and lamb survival
INGREDIENTS
Merino Sheep Mineral Mix contains lodine, Cobalt, Selenium and Copper per 5ml dose.
Iodine (EDDI) - 300 mg
Cobalt (as sulphate) - 50 mg
Selenium (Sodium Selenate) - 5 mg
Copper (EDTA) - 26.25mg
DOSE RATE
Ewes 5mls (75kg LW)
DIRECTIONS
Merino Sheep Mineral Mix is formulated as a ready to use oral drench.
NOTE: Contains selenium. Do not use with any other selenised product without consulting your veterinarian.
CAUTIONS
Do not administer this product to animals with liver damage.
Do not concurrently administer other products containing Copper.
Caution in Sheep, liver levels of copper maybe quite variable. Consequently, there is always a risk of copper poisoning (deaths) occurring following copper supplementation in these species.
If copper and /or health status is uncertain, obtain veterinary advice.
